there is something I think we can be certain of. Joe Biden - and Democrats in general - are, and

will continue to be, held to a higher standard. I fully expect the media to grade now going forward on a curve. Very little that is being done will be enough. In the previous administration, very little being done was being called out. It was largely a four year shitshow.

Governing the country after such a disaster seems as if it should be easy - anything can be better, and the Dems are aiming at much more than that - fixing it all as quickly as possible.

But the resistance to improvement will be huge, as we are already seeing. We are two countries - one sane, and one a cult. Unity? Hah!

Don't know about you, but I am feeling pretty damn better - pretty good, in fact - about where we are, less than a month into "new and much improved".

Last thing - I am not so sure how much actual media - as in reporting facts - remains. It is all becoming entertainment created to sell ad dollars and fight for readers. Beware of it actually serving a productive, useful purpose.
