Google to pay publishers for news; can anyone tell me what Google already carry?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-56101859

I know there's Google News, which gives you about a sentence from many articles, eg https://www.google.com/search?q=covid+vaccine+russia&tbm=nws
or just headlines: https://news.google.com/topstories?hl=en-GB&gl=GB&ceid=GB:en

Is this really what Murdoch et al have managed to get the law changed for in Australia? I can't believe that is stopping people clicking through to actually get the stories. Is there some other Google news product I've never seen?
