FEMA sending generators, water and blankets to Texas.

'The federal government is sending generators, water and blankets to Texas and is preparing to ship in diesel, as well, to help with backup power amid the massive outages that accompanied the recent cold snap, the White House announced on Wednesday.

A Federal Emergency Management Agency spokesperson said the agency has sent 60 “very large” generators to the state to help keep hospitals and other crucial infrastructure online.

The agency has also sent “millions of liters of water” and “tens of thousands” of blankets, she said. . .

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said FEMA is also “preparing to move diesel into the state to ensure the continued availability of backup power, which of course is a major issue on the ground to key critical infrastructure, including communications, hospitals and water.”

More assistance may be sent as requested by the state, federal officials said.

President Joe Biden declared an emergency in Texas over the weekend and Psaki said the White House remains in close contact with state leaders, including Gov. Greg Abbott.'

They forgot the paper towels! isn't that what they need now? Equipment and supplies to states he likes, and paper towels to those that didn't vote for him....

Do I really need to tell you that this is sarcasm?

If trucks could go into the state, they'd already have what they need. Am I right?

And would be better equipped for driving on snow and ice. (Like chains for tires)

That is just my guess

Didn't Biden check the electoral map before okaying emergency relief supplies? How is sending stuff to Texas going to teach them a good lesson about voting the "approved" way? Have Ted Cruz and John Cornyn been notified of this so they can denounce it, like they did the Sandy relief?

Texans had no control of letting a non-profit distribute our energy.

So, Joe please help make this nightmare go away as we ARE the United States of America!
