We know life can float in space, remember the tardigrades, the little Michelin men animals? They survive up there. I think life like that may have started on Mars, then fell toward the sun, then landed on Earth. And evolved here. So maybe life on Mars will have genetic patterns which have been duplicated in our DNA. Proving we are Martians.
