Only about 2% go to trial. A very good, longtime friend of mine is a criminal defense attorney and has said if you're charged by the Feds, you're so f*ucked.

Also, people convicted of federal charges serve on average, of 85% of their sentences.

Anyone know how many of these Jan. 6th treasonous, Republican scumbags have been currently charged? Must be at least 200ish, eh?
