I looked it up and learned that an amber alert in Scotland is a snow warning.

Also, that's not just any snowman, it's THE snowman!

this morning that snow isn't just for Texas or the U.K. Saw a lot of snow pics on Reuters of
snow in Lebanon, Jerusalem and Palestine with kids playing in the snow and building snow
people. We hoomans really are a family... Thanks for your input.

Yup, there are lessons to be learned from the many declining numbers of wild creatures.

But I've always enjoyed the characterization of the Scottish squirrels in the animated movie
Open Season from 2006.
