(12,437 posts)The day after, both my left (jab-side) arm and leg hurt, and my leg kept buckling when I walked up and down stairs. I had also been shoveling snow that morning. This was only the first shot. Folks should remember to avoid a hot shower or intense exercise two hours before or after the jab as I am told that can worsen the side effects. And bring a spare band-aid in case they don't put one on at the venue. My sister didn't get one and developed cellulitis it the injection site ten days later.

(9,874 posts)For the first shot my arm hurt pretty badly for about 3 days. After the second shot it didn't start hurting until about 24 hours later, the pain was minimal compared to the first shot and it lasted only about 1 day.

(8,926 posts)I feel unusually weak today but other than that no side effects or pain from the vaccine. Looking forward to resuming my life in two weeks.

(36,747 posts)Full list of side effects, but its still better than a hospital ICU and a ventilator.
For me, it has not beaten the reaction to the H1N1 shot in 2010. That one still takes the cake for me.

(7,504 posts)Moderna. So far a little lightheaded, a bit tired. No muscle aches yet, but it's been only 2 hours.
