Note: There remains a gaping hole in the story of Jan 6 about why the Park Police weren't more prepared (and whether Park Service informed everyone of the growing size of the expected crowd).

This merits further inquiry. Get him under oath. What did he know, and when did he know it?

It's glaringly obvious this Coup was orchestrated at the very highest levels of government. Those who can't see it are willfully blind.

troops were in Washington for protests in the summer.

The question is -- Why didn't the Capitol Police, and maybe other agencies, request the National Guard days before? In fact, the question really ought to be why did those who have oversight of Capitol Police -- specifically the House and Senate Sergeant at Arms and the House and Senate members who have oversight of the Capitol Police -- not make sure the grounds were protected? It wasn't just the Capitol Police that dropped the ball.

Miller and Team trDump will just say some control of the Washington DC,..

.... National Guard was needed so a repeat of the upside down Bible shoot photo op day did not happen again. (Barr) had Wash. DC NG clear the area of Lafayette Sq. of protesters and NG helicopters swooped so low that tree branches were torn free and protesters injured.

In order to prevent the National Guard in Wash. DC from being misused as a protester crowd control military force like the Bible shoot photo op day. A layer of authorization to activate the NG was now put in place to avoid those awkward optics of a military force, (NG) doing peaceful protester crowd control.

On 1/6/2021 "Stop The Steal" protest the top echelon at the pentagon had to give their authorization before the National Guard could be sent to the US Capitol even though they were rampaging and ransacking the place.

Long story,... short.
trDump wanted the Electoral vote count stopped by any/all/every means available.

trDump figured if he had a Nazi Rally of his violent Jack-booted Fascist Stormtroopers and then he dispatched this violent crowd upon the US Capitol he could achieve his goals to stop the count of Electoral College votes.

trDump knew the US Capitol would be a soft target because trDump's violent crowd far exceeded the amount of Capitol Police and Washington DC Metro Police to be on station at the Capitol grounds that day.

Simple math,
Capitol Police present .... less than 1,000.
Metro Police Wash. DC... less than 500.

trDump Nazi crowd...... excess of 30,000.

trDump and Team trDump knew the Nazi boys would win the day and easily violently take over the US Capitol building and grounds as long as the National Guard was prevented from providing backup for the two police forces present at the Capitol that day.

Stipulating the high echelon at the pentagon needed to be contacted to give authorization to be dispatched at the US Capitol assured that back up for the police would be non existent or so slow walked as to be rendered ineffective or totally worthless allowing the Nazi Boys to ransack and over run the place.

This was a very clever approach by Team trDump because they now had a built in "Plausible Deniability" as to why the layers upon layers were built into authorization to sending the National Guard to the Capitol that day. They were simply trying to avoid the bad optics that occured on the "Upside down Bible photo op day" where the street protesters were roughed up badly by the National Guard at the behest of trDump and William Barr so the Bible photo op could be executed without the obstacle of street protesters getting in their way.

The stringent pentagon authorization to send the National Guard to the US Capitol at the Stop The Steal insurrection to back up the police was now only put into place out of defense and respect of the Posse Comitatus Act..... AS IF FUCKING REMOTELY TRUE.

There is the Plausible Deniability Team trDump will use for their free pass to get out of jail.

The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) signed on June 18, 1878, by President Rutherford B. Hayes which limits the powers of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States. The Act was passed as an amendment to an army appropriation bill following the end of Reconstruction and was updated in 1956 and 1981.
