Question on new recovery bill

As I understand it the unemployment pandemic payment went from $400 per week in the original bill to $300 in the bill as passed. Psaaki said it is still a 1.9 Trillion bill. Was the reduction of $100 per week was such a small total that it was inconsequential (less than $100B) or did some other benefit go up when the unemployment benefit went down.

Anyone know?

That was a good thing added to the bill.
