with it. It is their fucking party platform. They ARE it.

As for why the story goes quiet, the corporate media cares more about using horse races and whataboutism to create ratings-related revenue than they care about using ethics and consistency to create socially-beneficial journalism.

3. He's a minor, insignificant figure. It's not like he's a Dem governor who can deny trump a pardon.

No wonder with all the sexual misconduct claims against him.

Republicans have a way to make certain news stories disappear ... They are very good at this.

Now he is getting all dramatic about building, or finishing, the wall.

It's more a matter of whether someone, or some organization, is willing to put the hours in to flesh it out. That -- and there are always a good number of people (in this story or any other) that are simply not interested in 'going public.' It'll be interesting to see if Cawthorne's career in politics has and real longevity. Any bets?

7. I'm waiting for him to grab a fellow rep by the you-know-what

I'd like to see him try it on AOC; that's kind of my dream choice because she'd break his hands, and tweet video of herself doing it.
No, I don't actually want him to assault anyone, but he's almost certainly doing it to someone now and we don't know who, where or when. Men who are sexual harassers and assaulters don't just quit.
