I checked my phone as my laptop has adblock plus - no ads on the phone as well.

4. Be sure you are logged in

At times I get spontaneously logged out, but I'm not sure if DU is doing it. It could be my browser. Once I have noticed that I'm logged out, it's a simple thing to log back in.

It happens to me sometimes but I have saved that info so it is just a matter of hitting "log in."

I logged out and back in again. And yes, I’m a Star member. And yes, I just renewed. And yes, it’s on all my devices.
