humping flag poles, blithering. He's down to earth, relatable, has a sense of humor, a sense of priorities, and just seems to draw on an endless stream of knowledge about people, places and legislation.

Every time he pauses, hesitates, or transposes a word, my heart goes out to him.

I know he's a tough guy, and he's been battling his stutter, and winning, for decades. But when the reich-wingers start talking cognitive impairment, it infuriates me. They really need to start at home with that one...
