When a CEO rips off a company for millions of dollars

and then resigns or is fired. You don't fail to prosecute him just because he isn't running the company anymore.

Just saying.

I hope we all get that this is just an analogy for Trump and not about CEOs.

Father / son Rigas got 15 years and confiscated their assets.

The brother of Chicago weatherman/legend Tom Skilling did, along with others. Skilling's brother got 14 years, served 8 & had to pay restitution to former shareholders of $42 million, or almost all the benefit that could be assigned to the crimes.
Lay got 12 years, but died of court failure before he went to jail.
Fastow got something like 7 years, but it was reduced when he agreed to give investigators all of exactly what happened.
A few others got short jail time and/or had to pay restitution equal to their illegally gotten lucre.
This should happen far more often.
