White Nationalist: Gaetz Better If He Married Her. . . I Guess She Doesn't Have A Say In The Matter

On Tuesday night, the New York Times revealed that Matt Gaetz is being investigated by the Department of Justice. And the possible charges are quite severe. The Florida congressman is accused of being in a sexual relationship with a 17 year old and taking her across state lines. This opens up the possibility of a sex trafficking charge.

Not surprisingly, some in the Conservative world were quick to defend Gaetz. A number of QAnon supporters have thrown their support to him. And white nationalist Nick Fuentes has tried to downplay the charges by saying that Gaetz would have been fine if he just married his alleged victim.

The Alt-Right commentator began, “We live in a society where age of consent law is the gospel. Age of consent law, if you violate that, crucify the man! Female teachers are having sex with middle-schoolers all the time and nobody cares about that.”

Fuentes continued, “17… hmm … I don’t know that that’s a world shattering terrible thing. I don’t even know that it was immoral other than it was premarital. If Matt Gaetz had married her, I would have said …well… If he had married her with her consent and the consent of the parents this is completely moral. It’s very traditional and honestly, this is how it always used to be.”

What does he think a grown ass man and a a high school student could possibly have in common? It is predatory and disgusting.

You don't have to be a parent to realize how disgusting this is. But anyone that has children knows that your 17 yr old is still a fucking child. They are not adults. They don't have the maturity of adults to make sound decisions.

I am also not in favor of older men dating young folks under 21 yrs old. Its disgusting and creepy. Again if anyone is a parent, aunt, uncle , grandparent of anyone under 21 - Do you really think they are mature enough, mentally capable to make rational decisions to date someone 2-3 times or more their age? Or is it that they are being groomed the way predators do? Just no. Just fucking no.

6. Age of consent in FL is 18 so he is probably in big trouble.

But apparently the age of consent in Washington DC is 16. So he could have sex with 17 year old girls in DC, "not a problem". (where is that sarcasm thingy?)

Of course transporting that under 18 year old person from FL to DC in across state lines and federal child trafficking.

Will be interesting how all of this shakes out.
