What's the term Union members use for the workers that refuse to

join and pay dues to the union?

I’m trying to come up with a word to describe those who refuse to get vaccinated but share in the benefits provided by those who do.

“Scab” is close but not quite right.

more derogatory like “scab”. I guess I can work with something like “Vax-Freeloader” for now. Thanks.

A scab is a worker, usually not in the union, who crosses a picket line during a strike and works for the business that's being targeted by a strike.

Piggybacker. It still pisses me off knowing those people got the same rights and benefits, didn't pay dues and didn't walk the picket line with us.
