Regarding the homicide investigator in the Chauvin / George Flord trial...

It's done. You can't pack a jury that rejects this testimony. If you thought the MMA guys testimony was bad, the young girls, the firefighter, it's over. This guy has been on the force since 1981, a year before I was even born. Literally an officer my entire existence.

to make this a hung jury... and I mean monster... anyone that would not convict Chauvin is not human...

FFS Floyd was not combative... he was terrified and the officers had the responsibility to help calm him... I find myself crying everyday over this... it is tragic and if Chauvin is not convicted we are in serious trouble in the Country

People on their chest because of breathing difficulties while handcuffed. How the safety of the person is your responsibility. This is 500 kinds of not good for the defense.

I get the sense that Lt. Zimmerman is contemptuous of officerse like Chauvin who think they have big balls and give the police force a bad name.

The only way a juror can't be swayed by this is if they've already come into the trial with an unequivocally pro-police ideology, and I have to think the screening interviews weeded out such people.
