I am been volunteering on voter protection efforts for a very long time. Currently I am part of a team organizing a statewide group of Democratic Lawyers. Harris County has a Democratic Lawyers Association that has 600+ active members

When I visited Atlanta for the '96 Olympics, the Red Cross had water & sprayer systems to keep people from heat stroke & exhaustion.
