repugs to consider spending money on something besides tax giveaways to the rich. If you're a repug, it's OK for somebody else to give food to the poor; but if you're asked to do it yourself, it's against your religion.

They would much rather they be ignored - or killed outright.

The Latin American right does, however, enjoy focusing on them when progressive administrations are in office (the old "why can't you take care of this already!" tactic).

They've learned well from their GOP contacts.
