Changing the rules of the debate - Lawrence O'Donnell reports and recommends

Lawrence O'Donnell has some interesting credentials and opinions about the topic of the rules that govern Presidential Debates.

These rules have been promoted by the campaigns to provide their candidates with an "out" if they are in trouble. O'Donnell reports about the rules changes at the VP Debate, and how it promoted "real debate".

He also has some interesting ideas about rules that should be in place to promote even better debates.
