5. Well Obama changed the hearts of many americans with the ACA. He only

had a few months to get things done because Sen Teddy Kennedy was sick and Al Fraken's senate seat faced a challenge from the person who lost. So Obama only had a fillibuster proof super majority for a tiny amount of time. I agree Biden seems more fruitful but that is because the trickle down and debt bull*** has been debunked. It had not been when Obama was in power.
