(6,253 posts)It's the toon of the US Capitol, with all of the corporate flags. One of them is an IBM flag, but IBM as a corporation does not donate to politic parties or candidates. They encourage their employees to participate and will even reasonably accommodate employees who serve in various political offices, but the corporation does. Not. Play. Since at least 1966.
