i don't know how to keep this for just the Biden admin but I think a strategic error was made today.

Does Biden have the power to impose a short term EO to halt the sale and disbursement of those gun kits as a public safety measure? It pains me to say but i see those kits flying off the shelves not that Biden announced they will be targeted for regulation.

That'll be the case no matter what if there's a timeline for regulation of these devices uponit7771 Apr 2021 #1

Will set us as a party back a long ways. The bumpstock ban just got overturned and they are legal once again. 2022 just got a lot harder to keep seats. 10-40 million arm braces are in circulation supplied as factory equipment by every major manufacturer. That horse left the barn a decade ago and what difference does a 10.5” barrel vs a 16” really make. This will go down as an unforced error in many states and districts.
