Interesting discussion with a local business owner.

I went looking for what I thought were needed products and services for my computer. A national chain recommended that I purchase certain products and bring my computer in for service. The cost in total would have been about $220. I chose to think about it and immediately went to a locally owned shop. The owner was quite knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem might be, said I did not need the product, took me through a process step by step to fix it myself, and did not charge me a penny. I highly recommend using locally owned small businesses whenever possible!

I continued to chat with him and eventually the discussion turned to politics. He figured out I was a Democrat (LOL!) and said that he was an Independent wishing both Romney and Obama would lose. Of course, we agreed that would not happen.

One of the most interesting things the business owner said was about George Romney, Mitt's father. He said that he had grown up in Michigan and was very familiar with George Romney, that George was a crook, that Mitt had inherited money from his crooked father, and that Mitt had probably learned to be a crook and a jerk from his father.

We discussed the debates. He said that Romney was lying in the faces of the American people, but he could not figure out what was wrong with Obama that night. He said that Biden kicked Ryan's ass.

I took the opportunity, knowing from what he had said that he would not be voting for Romney, to lay out the economic case for Obama. He commented about how well the economy did during the Clinton years and wished Clinton could run again. On the current economy, everything I brought up from the declining unemployment rate to the lower rate of Federal spending, he already knew about. We agreed that tax cuts for the wealthy do not create jobs and that as a small business owner he needed more people to be employed and consumers to be spending. I think he understood that is the goal of the Obama administration.

Anyway, I don't know how he will vote, but it is highly doubtful it will be for Romney. I did my part to get that vote for Obama.

Plant the seeds wherever and whenever we can!

How well can the priest "turn" the undead?

If they are under the spell of the powerful FOX demon, it is near impossible.
