(25,862 posts)I have to say, that as a person who has never ever handled any guns or tasers, I keep on wondering how exactly the mistake could have been made. Are they not in separate holsters? Do they not feel different?

Criminal trial, civil trial. Police officer cleared in a fair trial, reinstate them.
Traffic stops for fix it tickets should be a meter maid/infraction force job. We do not need an occupying military presence in our communities.

(1,609 posts)repeatedly when no one is resisting. My guess is they want to make it look like a suspect is resisting when they are not in order to man handle them as they wish. This cop yelling, "TASER" could be for that same reason.
