OMG, I love our POTUS so much....tender gesture to slain officer's child at funeral

Edit to add:
"Young daughter of slain officer had a small toy at the funeral. She accidentally dropped it and it rolled away near President Biden. Would be awkward for her to go pick it up, and Biden picks it up off the floor and carries it over to her. Just a very sweet, very human moment)."

Something like that

Toy, as it turns out

?s=21

President Biden picks up a Capitol dome toy and hands it back to Abigail, Officer Evans' daughter

between President Biden and He Who Must Not Be Named.

I can easily imagine Obama and some other presidents doing something like this, too, but I'm sure it wouldn't enter the Traitorous Psychopath's head to pick up a toy even for one of his own kids, let alone somebody else's. The idea of him ever lifting a hand to help a child or anyone else is unimaginable.

The Treasonous Pig is so out of shape, he'd be unable to bend over and pick up anything off the floor, and secondly, if he could bend over, the only things he would EVER pick up are golf balls and $100 bills...

President Obama was giving a speech somewhere, and a man in the crowd said he'd taken his daughter out of school so she could be there. On the spot, President Obama wrote her a note to excuse her from school that day and had her come up to him to get it.

I think Nancy would've done better to just ignore what happened instead of calling attention to it. She called the object "one of your distractions" or something, which was kind of insulting ; perhaps it was a comfort object, not a "distraction".

If you look close enough, you'll notice the dome that the object rolls around.

I believe that is what the little girl dropped.
She gets the added bonus of meeting the President on video.

Such a beautiful and dignified service. President Biden, Majority Leader Schumer, Speaker Pelosi all gave beautiful eulogies.

I found myself, in the middle of all my appreciation of the dignity and compassion of this service and the words of our leaders, becoming furious that we were denied this kindness, dignity and compassion for the past four years.

As the pain and loss fade some, as they inevitably do, that will be a nice memory to hang on to...and a nice little story the girl can tell for the rest of her life. How many people get special, unguarded attention from a POTUS?

i can't tell you have meaningful I think this was, and is.
