In your typical, ordinary, every day, run of the mill, routine police murder, they usually empty their gun into the victim. What led up to the shooting. No accident.

An officer is supposed to wear their service revolver on their dominant hand side and their taser on the other side. IF she was not, she was clearly out of uniform! I've heard some prefer to wear them on the same side but the requirement is supposed to avoid exactly this sort of thing. Anyway, the revolver is some heavier than the taser. Oops, my sainted Aunt Matilda!

Anyway, why was she inserting her happy ass into the situation anyway?

Lots of bad choices, actually, they should have made him shut off the car, escorted him outside to the rear of the vehicle, they were sloppy
