They are all over twitter (I thought they were leaving and going to Parler) complaining that the officer who shot her isnt facing any charges. The nerve of these people who post the opposite when a black person is killed by police.....crying over a domestic terrorist, but always saying that the black person should have complied.

(2,636 posts)The Capitol Police Officer had a right to be there. It was his home, He was tasked with protecting it and the members of the Congress and Senate who abide there. It was his home.
Ashli Babbitt violated her oath as a Soldier to defend the Constitution by attacking the constitution and violently breaking and entering restricted Federal Property. She was breaking into the officer's home.
Are these not the same people who insist they have a right to stand their ground and defend their castles?
She was shot by law enforcement in the act of committing a felony assault with intent to assassinate Pence and Pelosi among others.
Even applying their IOKIYAR rules of engagement, Chauvin is guilty AF, and Babbitt got what she deserved for breaking the law.

Come back when she is shot in the back while trying to run away.
The Traitors violently pushed through several layers of barriers, and it was that only when they got to the point that their proximity to members of congress was dangerously close was deadly force used.
And yes, they tried to violently overthrow the government by preventing the constitutional transfer of power.

Authorities had suggested the possibility of bringing felony murder charges against rioters if Babbitts death was a foreseeable consequence of felony conduct by others, according to a person familiar with the matter. But they have since ruled out that possibility, given case law that allows such charges only in instances when an accomplice is responsible for a victims death, not a law enforcement officer.
D.C. police are required by law to identify officers involved in serious uses of force within five business days of an incident. They are also required to release video from body cameras of the officers directly involved. The law only applies to D.C. police. Capitol Police are not equipped with body cameras.
