Not on every issue but on some issues.
I think the Democrats should keep the door open for these folks. They should have another option other than the "Trump Party" option.
It would be good for the country if they could communicate and negotiate with the sane people still in the Republican Party. They do not have to agree with them but it would cost nothing to listen to their side. (There really is no use to try and communicate with the Trump people)
It would be very helpful if they could pass legislation with two or three Republicans supporting it also.
Is that too much to expect?

I've been saying since the election that we should try to get a couple of them onboard for significant legislation, because the significant chunk of the electorate who wants to see some level of bipartisanship would see it as a positive. Purists (and most Republicans) would hate it, but Biden isn't President of the purists and
It would also likely be good for them politically, particularly Murkowski. That, of course, is why some Democrats are so adamantly against any attempts at cooperation. Heaven forbid that an R or two gets some recognition while allowing us to pass meaningful legislation.
Some noted in the Romney/Sinema threads about a minimum wage increase that we should oppose any increase in the minimum wage with bipartisan support simply to stop Romney from getting any credit. I think that's silly and unproductive.
