I was expecting that there may be some disagreement on the 2nd degree charge- but I am thinking he might get guilty on all 3 charges.

It's kind of the easy way out for the jury.
I'd love to see a conviction for murder, but I'll take manslaughter over nothing at all.

But I'm in a cynical mood and am of the opinion that that is likely to happen no matter what.
There is a lot of pent up rage. It is well justified, but it will be used against us.
