Europe may require official proof of vaccination We need vaccine passports https://politicalwire.com/2021/04/25/e-u-will-let-vaccinated-u-s-tourists-visit/
The fast pace of vaccination in the United States, and advanced talks between authorities there and the European Union over how to make vaccine certificates acceptable as proof of immunity for visitors, will enable the European Commission, the executive branch of the European Union, to recommend a switch in policy that could see trans-Atlantic leisure travel restored.

(54,437 posts)Germany, where I live is a mess. My small town outside Düsseldorf used to report between 15 and 40 new cases a day. recently, it has been in the hundreds.
Of course, when all the idiot bureaucrats of the Health Ministry are arguing over how many rules they need for vaccination, and who will enforce them, instead of trying to find vaccine and administer it, what else can you expect?
