Cyber Ninjas asks court to keep its procedures secret re recount Maricopa County ballots

Why would anyone trust these RWNJs? These are the same idiots who are still claiming that there was a secret server in Germany that was ceased by the CIA or the military or goblins (this story never made any sense)

Lawyers for Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based company the Arizona Senate hired to lead a recount of Maricopa County’s 2.1 million general election ballots, are asking a judge to keep secret its procedures for the recount and shut out the public as well as the press from a hearing in which the documents might be discussed.

Judge Christopher Coury asked the company on Friday to turn over its plans and procedures amid concerns about the security of the county's ballots and voter privacy.

But the company argued on Sunday that filing the documents in court publicly would compromise the security of its recount. And it argued that the records include protected trade secrets. The company also maintained that the documents are protected by legislative privilege, as it is working on behalf of the state Senate.

The push to keep details of the recount process under wraps comes as part of a lawsuit that the Arizona Democratic Party and County Supervisor Steve Gallardo filed against the state Senate to stop the recount altogether, contending it violates various state election laws.

So after getting just about everything they wanted, QAnon and #StopTheSteal supporters are already questioning the legitimately of the workers operating the goofy "audit" of Arizona's 2020 election. They are now demanding certain workers be removed.

The GOP ballot recount in AZ is huge in far-right media. Alleged QAnon ringleader Ron Watkins and his pals are obsessing over individual counters and getting extremely mad when they aren't scrutinizing the ballots enough with UV light.

What they are doing is really UNBELIEVABLE in my eyes. I just hope the AG. is giving them enough rope to hang themselves!

What are these RWNJs hiding?

The firm running an audit for Republicans in the state Senate is refusing to make public its procedures — despite an order from a judge.

The firm running an audit of election results in Arizona's largest county is refusing to make public the procedures it is using in its review of more than 2 million ballots cast in the state in the 2020 election — even though a judge ordered it to do so because of concerns raised over the legality of its process.

Cyber Ninjas — which is run by a Donald Trump-supporting conspiracy theorist who pushed lies about voter fraud in the 2020 election — said in a court filing on Sunday that it should not have to release its procedures, citing that they are "confidential" and subject to legislative privilege, the Arizona Republic reported.

A judge on Friday had ordered the firm, tapped by Republican state Senate President Karen Fann to oversee the audit, to release its procedures after concerns were raised by the media and Arizona's secretary of state about whether it was following state election laws.

...then Trump will announce that "some" fraudulent ballots were found.

If six or seven questionable ballots are found, Trump will announce that "several" fraudulent ballots were found.

If more than a dozen questionable ballots are found, then Trump will announce that "many" were discovered in the recount.

If kept secret, we will never know the exact number that is being questioned and they will be able to keep alive the Big Lie.

And Trump will be able to persuade his followers that they were right all along. They were ripped off.

The election was stolen.

That would be a valuable piece of propaganda if he is able to pull it off.
