Ohio lost a Congressional Seat

from the attached article--https://news.wosu.org/politics/2021-04-26/ohio-to-ohio-lose-a-congressional-seat?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
snip-"Ohio will lose a seat in Congress according to data from the 2020 U.S. Census released on Monday.

Prompted by sluggish population growth, the loss of a U.S. House seat comes as the state embarks on a new system of drawing its congressional maps, which are considered among the most gerrymandered in the nation."

{{no lie on the gerrymandering}}

Ryan knew this-

they already gerrymandered to the ends of the earth. Ryan's seat is admittedly plus 1 D but the seats around him (except for 1) are narrowly GOP. They run the risk of a dummymander if they try to get to cute.
