The votes have potentially been corrupted and changed by virtue of two things:

1) Blue and black-inked pens were used to mark up some ballots, thereby changing their pristine status, and

2) No government agency was monitoring their "audit".

They switched to red/green pens before touching actual ballots, thanks to a challenge by a local reporter.

The judge had to then recused himself because a person working on the count had clerked for him...conflict of interest. They are in the process of assigning a new judge

This is a propaganda tool which will be used as an excuse to impose draconian election laws to disenfranchise people.
