The only way expanded background checks take away your 2nd amendment rights is if you're:

1. a criminal,
2. insane, or
3. a terrorist.

And if you're all 3 of those things, you're probably already a lobbyist for the NRA.

you were in Washington on January 6, 2021 marching to Donald Trump's orders to "stop the steal". Your right to bear arms ended right then and there, and you belong in prison.

fight hard to block any reforms to make them stronger.

Just like they repeatedly refuse to separate mass shootings from other shooting crimes like drug/gang related shootings.

Fact is the NRA represents gun and ammunition manufacturers and wants as many guns in the hands of of as many people as possible.

That's why they block efforts to regulate things that are mainly used by criminals. The manufacturers could care less what people do with it as long as they profit.
