I imagine it will be more of the same this Saturday.

There's the occasional good skit, usually early in the show. Sometimes Weekend Update has some funny lines. But it almost always tapers off after that.

I will watch the musical guest if I'm interested.
Not interested in Miley Cyrus, sorry.

My husband suffers through the whole thing, and alerts me if he thinks something is worthy of watching beyond that.
