"except in life-threatening situations" the effers always say they feared for their lives. I don't agree with the wording of that part, seems like open season will continue on and on and on...

2. It would have saved George Floyd. I don't think most police are thrilled with

the likes of Chauvin. Some of them are drinking the Koolaid and will not be for reform. Others will appreciate clear direction.
