in all votes ?
Go vote the bills thru so President Biden can sign them into law and move to the next one.
Isn't it plain that the thugs will not support anything that helps the middle class ?
Give the thugs the finger and go vote the bills thru...

(17,019 posts)Them coming out and saying it themselves is something else. Voting margins are thin and the more people see Repubs as the doorstop they are the better.

(3,169 posts)Right now, I think the leadership is throwing out feelers, just to see what the Republicans will do. McConnell has already shown his hand, so Schumer can use that in talks with Manchin and Sinema.
I've seen several people suggest that Schumer should put Manchin and Sinema in charge of rounding up Republican votes. Maybe that way, they would see the futility of it all!

(32,096 posts)All they're hearing is that "The Democrat Party refuses to work with us" from GQPers. They need to see who the guilty party really is here. Biden, Schumer, et. al, are saying what they have to say. I'm pretty sure they learned there lessons about these assholes long ago. I don't get the impression they're going to play along with them any longer.

(4,245 posts)The party isnt universally set on being popular. These are incredibly popular ideas. Settle on the simplest explanation for why someone wouldnt want to be popular and youre probably right. Its why I laugh at everything these days. Its all complete lunacy in pursuit of money and power.
