The U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 2, Clause 2 states,
"A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime."
It doesn't say that the state where the person is holed-up can deny this request.
Republicans want to be Constitutional Originalists, unless they'll claim Trump did not flee NY a couple of years earlier.

to review. Review does not necessarily mean block and if you read my thread above, scholars say the courts would enforce.

Could also be a statement about th 2nd amendment.
The constitutional crisis would be identical to what almost came to a head with the Terri Schiavo incident.
The statement both make about the 2nd is in defining a well regulated militia. Who is called up to stop the feds is clear.
