....."Epicurious" for for inspiration. Today I did this and came across their announcement that they were going to no longer publish beef recipes because of the increased concern over the environment issues around beef production. I thought that this was pretty hopeful, though I'll confess that we had meatloaf last night.

I understand the need for that app. Recipe writers go on and on it's true.

Senior editor Maggie Hoffman and former digital director David Tamarkin explained that because of cattle's carbon footprint, cutting out or even cutting down on beef makes space for more climate-conscious recipes.
