and has asked her boss repeatedly to put her on the books so she can claim a tax return. She has a daughter and needs the money. Her boss has refused to put her on the books. Who does she contact to file a complaint?

(146,317 posts)right now. As restaurants re-open for inside service, they are having trouble getting employees to re-enter the job.
Tell your niece to start looking for a job in a nicer place with better pay and better tips. She shouldn't have any problem finding a better position.
