The Republican villain

Other than Trump and Bush...the Democrats never have a Republican goto villain. Someone we tie every Republican and candidate to....and there are plenty of them out there (green, Gaetz, etc)....that’s one thing that the Republicans do, they find them a Democratic “villain” (usually a POC and/or woman) and they tie every Democrat to that person....you can be running for dog catcher as a Democrat in rural Iowa and they would run negative commercials of you and showing AOC, during the debate they would mention AOC a dozen times...an example actually happened last year here where I live in Texas (the chip roy/Wendy Williams race and the Gonzales/Ortiz-Jones race)....you would have thought that Pelosi. AOC and the squad members were on the ballot instead of Jones and Williams.

Edit - in no way do I think AOC is a villain...just pointing out how Republicans turn her into the boogeyman

We don't need that sort of thing.

It’s an effective way...and I agree that we don’t need Republican villains to get Democratic constituents to vote...it’s about getting the moderates that we are always trying to court...seems like they would respond more if we showed them the other side is freaking crazy..
