the OLC memo devised during the Nixon eRa to "protect" him states that a POTUS cannot be indicted during his terms in office.

Asked if it could be indicted once it was going to be out of office he quickly answered "YES" immediately without hesitation.

That OLC memo is un-Constitutional. Nowhere in the Constitution is any wording that makes the POTUS above the law.

In reality, it should be the other way around: Once indicted and found guilty, he should be impeached and then removed.

DA Vance is term-limited and will be out of office at the end of the year. If a Trump crony were to win the election, (not highly likely in NYC), the investigation could be scuttled. With the AG involved, the case(s) will not go away.
