The Trump Derangement Syndrome has affected the mental health of this nation.

None, moreso than the Republicans in the Congress of the United States. They are mentally ill. They need help. Their recent actions indicate they no longer have the ability to determine right from wrong.

But, it is not just the Republicans that have been affected, it is everyone. Where once "good and evil" were discussed in philosophical discussions, it has now manifest itself in our society.

We are forced to choose between our friends and our belief systems. We are demanded to choose something that makes us uncomfortable and fearful for the future. We have divided ourselves behind political labels and name-calling. It is a very unhealthy situation.

In my opinion, this is where America is today. Our country has been challenged unlike any time in our history. It has affected the mental well-being of all of us.

In order to escape, we must understand where we are and why we are here. We must rise above the confusion and chaos that surrounds us.

Like everyone else, we are affected by the manifestation of evil that has come upon us. Our lives and our mental health have been affected.

"Doctor, heal thyself." America must heal itself. The first step is to realize that our mental health has been affected by the physical (medical) and political challenges we have faced.

Just my opinion.

I don't think there is anything wrong with calling out something or even someone that is wrong. But more than the elected leader but the actual voters that support these folks who lie without even blinking an eye. The possible mental illness comes from the media that continues to spread this disinformation and of course social media which is really nothing more than a sounding board for this mental illness. Our parents used to teach us right from wrong - some of it was based upon religious beliefs but more and more the religious community is guilty of helping spread the lies.

Call out the lies whenever possible - that is the right thing to do. There is no excuse for ignoring this madness and there are very serious consequences if we just sit back and watch our nation crumble into a bunch of mindless lemmings.

I've been saying for years that we should all file a emotional distress class action suit against the hump and all of his enablers.

I feel for people where their family is mostly MAGATS. But the choice here is to either stand up for what is right, or be good Germans and quietly acquiesce.
