The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has sent a litigation hold letter to @FannKfann demanding she retain documents related to the audit. A litigation hold letter puts someone on notice that they need to preserve documents in anticipation of a possible lawsuit against them.

BOS Chairman @jacksellers says this is in response to allegations that the county deleted election-related files from a hard drive. "It is clear the Arizona Senate and its contractors do not intend to retract false allegations defaming the County and its employees."
