Kirstie Alley tells Tucker Carlson it was 'stupid' to tweet support for Trump:

'It is a real blackballing situation'

Kirstie Alley says she's been blackballed by Hollywood after expressing support for former President Donald Trump. Appearing on the Fox News show Tucker Carlson Today on Wednesday, Alley shared: "People go, ‘You’re so brave.’ I go, ‘No, I think I’m stupid.’ Because honestly, it is a real situation. And it is a real blackballing situation. It’s so strange to me because artists are free-thinkers, for the most part."

Which is very big in Hollywood. She likely owes her success to Scientology, rather than being blackballed for supporting Trump.

it's members if they don't tow the line. If you step out of line, you're declared a suppressive person and have to disconnect from your family. The more that comes out about Scientology, the more it shrinks, including in Hollywood. My dear friend's brother is a shell of himself after a five year stint in that horrid cult. It did a mind fuck on him. Kristie Allen owes her successes and failures on choices she has made.

there and everywhere, and as a result is not attracting new members, losing members, and losing respect/credibility. Those "born into the religion" are what is currently sustaining it, especially the rich members.

If your customer (viewers) despise you because you say it do something that pisses them off... that's on you. Live with the consequnces.

That's what Colin Kaepernick did. Hey cared enough to piss off rural Republicans football fans.

If you don't like the reaction, you can go wait table. CK took that risk and lived with the consequnces.

Clearly she didn't care very much.

out of the apple. She's no Julia Louis-Dreyfus who moved from "The Second City" to "Saturday Night Live" to "Seinfeld" to "The New Adventures of Old Christine" to "Veep".

who had the opportunity of a lifetime to ride a franchise but got preposterously greedy. She reportedly wanted more money than William Shatner had been offered to continue with her role in the Star Trek movies; the look on her face when they said "nah" must have been hilarious.

She needs to follow the Trump plan to make money, squeeze it out of your stupid followers.

If she was truly an artist, why support such an ugly inside/out person like trump ?

Supporting trump drew a great line for me. I could tell how stupid and brainwashed someone was real quick...
