CNN and MSNBC play these videos every hour, and I've started changing the channel when they do. It's just all so horrifying and evil.

(53,782 posts)everywhere, on buildings and in everyone's hands, we now see what's been going on for centuries with killer cops, dating back to their origins as slave patrolers.
We can't hide it. We can't be like the GOP who are even trying to stop the teaching of the 1619 Project, and even of slavery in the schools. They're trying to hide the evil that has been done to Black people and other POCs.

I wish we still had 'an eye for an eye'...that would stop it faster.

I agree, the horror is so in your face. It reminds me of Vietnam and the war brought to the dinner table nightly. This is the only way our society can stop this madness. If we don't know it exists, we can't stop it.
