From the charging documents: "According to JEREMY, the closest he got to the U.S. Capitol Building was a “round about thing” on the west side of the building.

His dad was arrested back in February and for some reason he not only helped the FBI find the shirt he was wearing on 1/6 but he also gave "written permission" for them to search his cell phone.

And of course they found all of the movies and photos he had "deleted".


And of course they found the obligatory "white power" gang sign that the Proud Boys are so fond of.
