Feds said today that the "bulk" of the defense's claims about discovery "are not accurate," and that they've been trying to work to get discovery but there have been a few technical difficulties.

Over the weekend, a lawyer for white supremacist Timothy Hale-Cusanelli informed the court that his client is "justifiably frustrated with the lack of progress” in the case and wants him replaced. Discovery is slow, there’s been no plea offer, and he remains locked up.
