I was wondering who is in charge of Trump Corp

You got a billion dollar family business and number one daughter doesn't know who the CFO is. Who did the paper work for the refi last week? Who hires the manager of a golf course in Scotland? Who makes the daily decisions? What about pay-roll? Who pulls together contracts to design and build a Trump Tower Moscow? Eric? Really? Don Jr? Come on ... really?! Who does the day to day. The family has been on the road for years campaigning, holding events and four years of running our great country (into the ground). When their national service is over do they race back to the home office to catch up on paper work and check on things, thank the staff. No they head for Florida to buy property and glad hand with their buds at a private club. Who is in charge? Who does the work? I would like to hear from these people. Tell us is it really a company or just a front for money laundering?

They spend the most of their time whining over the election loss and plotting the destruction of our representative democracy.

Big corporations have a momentum of their own, the bureaucrats keep the train on the tracks with or without input from the major shareholder. I would suppose that most of the day to day operations are run by scores of department managers. I suspect that the business is more profitable when the Trumps are busy elsewhere.

Ignorance may be his only defense. Then the question becomes, if he is not competent of running his billion dollar business within the bounds of the law, how can he run the biggest economy in the world?

If Trump is found, in the courts, to be either incompetent or crooked it, does not improve his political position. The flip side of that coin is if he is charged of crimes and acquitted, then the old "witch hunt" thing gains traction. As it is, his followers don't know the difference in prosecution and persecution.......

It will be a great day, not only for the USA but for the World when the SOB is put in jail, it will send a message to other dictators around the world. As politicians love to say "we must lead by example."

Ivanka, Eric, Don, Jr., Weisselberg and all the rest will be abandoned by Trump.

He'll claim he didn't know the tax returns were fraudulent.

He'll claim he didn't know the money illegally came from Russia.

He'll claim he didn't know that the golf courses and apartments were money-laundering operations.

He'll blame everyone else in order to save his own hide.

I think we can bank on this.

that Trump will throw anyone under the bus to save his own hide, even Ivanka. He has loyalty for no one other than himself. His whole life he has passed the blame to others and apparently it worked for decades. A reckoning is long overdue and I think his time has finally arrived.

His base might buy his "pass the buck" bullshit, but that doesn't usually work in a court of law where evidence and facts take precedence over his feelings and impressions.

The Trump Organization no longer builds, it just licenses the name and manages some buildings and resorts. Aside from Jr., Eric, and Ivanka (of whom only Eric seems to be working in the company), there are a few people in the next layer who seem to actually manage the day-to-day operations. Business Insider profiled them back in 2018. https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-organization-executives-and-top-employees-2018-3?op=1

Given the number of buildings that have revoked the licensing of his name and their management contracts (buildings in Panama, Toronto, and Chicago come to mind) and the losses from people boycotting his properties, I even doubt that the business is worth a billion dollars today. Forbes estimated late last year that Trump has over a billion dollars of debt. That is likely why he continues fund raising for his reelection because he needs the money—and he’s always been a grifter.

I do not doubt that the Trump family uses their real estate to provide money laundering services. The problem is proving it since the claim can be made that real estate is worth whatever a buyer is willing to pay.

According to at least one highly respected news source, Donald Trump has just changed the name of his company to The Eric Trump Organization, to better reflect who's really in charge. The article also speculates about why this change is being made now. Very interesting!

All of a sudden so many others will have been in charge and the Trump's are innocent victims. Be prepared for every Trump Org employee to be made the scapegoats.
