Reminds me of the centuries-old legal principle in English Common Law, adopted into our own system, and no doubt found in most others, that you take your victim as you find him. Scare someone who drops dead of a heart attack as a result, you're liable for the death even if you didn't know he had a bad heart.

They believe that those who get vaccinated will die after a short period of time - was 3 to 6 months, but that might be extended.

Or they believe that the vaccine makes women sterile, again after a delayed reaction.
